Comment: Not only did my items become damaged with mold but covered in rodent feces and urine. I paid for the extra insurance on the unit and of course the insurance doesn't cover mold damage so I lost over $2,000 worth of furniture due to this, also I reported that even after I was no longer renting I was still receiving emails stating my account was past due and I was told that this was something in the up stream system and it would eventually stop. I went to pay a bill this weekend my card was declined because they charged me $420 without contacting me for unpaid rent, even though I was already out of the unit! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. They are horrible to get in contact with and they don't care about their customers, only their money. Definitely DO NOT rent from this horrible place!
An update to my review, I was contacted by the ladies in the office and given a full refund for the mix up. Other than the issues I faced with the storage, the people do what they can to try and help out dissatisfied customers
